My husband and I lived here for over a year prior to buying our first home. The manager Carol is great. The apartments are very well maintained and the grounds were perfectly manicured when we were there from 2002-2004. Most of the tenants are long time renters, very courteous. The apartments are huge and have a terrace or patio. There is a laundry room for every four units and enormous storage areas (no additional charge) in the very clean and usable basements. I recommend this apartment to everyone I hear is looking... I was actually sad to move.

While the time in which my wife, Gail and I have lived here has been short, our experience couldn’t have been any better. The quality of the property, the exceptional manner in which it is maintained, the attention to the detail, and the absolute wonderful job done when selecting perspective tenants leaves no doubt as to Carol’s management ability. Last spring after selling our home and awaiting construction of our new home, we had no choice but to seek out and move into an apartment. We dreaded the thought of apartment living mostly because we had seen the so-called luxury apartments in this area in which our children and friends have lived. They all turned out to be less than "luxurious" and poorly maintained, with less than desirable neighbors. At the risk of being redundant that is not the case here at Rose Garden Apartments. Please accept and convey our highest "kudos" for a job well done to Carol and Bill. We are sure you are as satisfied with their management skills as we have been.

It is with a heavy heart, that I leave Rose Garden. I’ve lived here, as you know, 48 years in New York, 14 in Schenectady, 34 at Rose Garden. For all 34 years, I can say I’ve never had a bad experience with the management or neighbors. I have been proud of the beauty of Rose Garden and the people who keep it that way. Over and over again I have heard other people talk about "That well kept place in Latham and how pretty everything about it is." I have been able to see by living here so long, how Carol and Bill transformed an already nice environment into a beautiful setting the whole year round. Your hard work, dedication, caring for your "Family of tenants" in every way makes this the best, by far, of all the living experiences I’ve had!

Hi Carol, needless to say I have thoroughly enjoyed my five year tenure here at Rose Garden. It should really be labeled Garden of Eden. You and your staff have always been very responsive, patient and friendly. It’s a great "family" to be a part of.

Just want to thank you for my beautiful new kitchen window. On Wednesday I had to go out – wasn’t home at that time – walked in and couldn’t believe how clean and neat my kitchen was. My curtains were even up. Such service (thanks Bill). So thanks again for the many nice things you have done for me - because this apt is my home and I love it. My daughters say thanks too.
