As a joint venture with Huntington Associates and Paulsen Development, the construction and management of Executive Woods Office Park in Colonie is one of Paulsen Development’s largest commercial projects at over 200,000 square feet. Other projects include Everett Road Health Park and Troy Medical Arts, plus several more in the planning stages.
