Directions
From I-90 take Exit 5. If you are traveling on 90 West, take a right onto Everett Rd. (Turn left if traveling on I-90 Eastbound). This turn takes you away from Central Avenue and toward the First Prize Center. Travel north on Everett for one mile. The Everett Road Health Park is on the right hand side at 121 Everett Road.
General Directions to I-90: From the NYS Thruway, take Exit 24 and you will immediately enter I-90 traveling East. Stay on this highway until Exit 5. From the Northway (I-87) traveling south, take exit 1E. You are now on I-90. Travel this highway to Exit 5.
